TENTATIVE Show Schedule

 

THIS IS NOT DUBLIN COFFMAN AS IN THE PAST 8 YEARS...DUBLIN JEROME!

 

Band - Black Shoes, Pants, Band T-Shirt or Sweatshirt

Guard - Black Shoes, Warm-ups, Band T-Shirt or Sweatshirt

Majorettes - Nude Shoes, Warm-ups, Band T-Shirt or Sweatshirt

All - Garment Bag and Hat Box on the bus

 

8:00 AM      Arrive at Steele High School

8:30 AM      Depart Steele

11:15 AM    Arrive at Dublin-Jerome High School Stadium

                    (Located at 8300 Hyland Croy Rd, Dublin, OH)

11:30 AM    Show begins!

11:45 AM    Lunch served by the Band Boosters; cost $5 for students

12:45 PM    Prepare for warm-up

1:25 PM      Playing Warm-up and Rehearsal in area (Do not play until told”)

2:10 PM      Band Line up and report to the Starting Gate

2:20 PM      Starting Gate (Do not talk....Must not talk....BE Quiet!)

2:30 PM      Enter the field for Competition

2:45 PM      Our show ends  (No talking and No playing!)

3:00 PM      Award Ceremony-Drum Majors Only

3:15 PM      Pack up and depart Dublin Jerome

6:30 PM      Arrive at Steele and Unload Truck
