3:00 PM - Arrive at Steele High School (Band - Black Shoes, Pants, White Band T-Shirt) (Guard - Black Shoes, Pants, Black Guard T Shirt) (Majorettes - Warm-ups, Band T-Shirt) (All - Garment Bag and Hat Box on the bus) 3:30 PM - Depart Steele 4:15 PM - Show begins! 4:30 PM - Arrive at Norton High School at Seiberling Stadium (Eat on your own at the concession stand. Bring some money for food!) 5:30 PM - Prepare for warm-up (Finish getting dressed on the bus...Color Guard may use school facilities) 5:45 PM - Basic Block Marching Warm-up (Do not play from truck to warm-up) 6:00 PM - Playing Warm-up and Rehearsal in warm-up area 6:15 PM - Mr. MacDonald and Pit report by 6:15PM to the Starting Gate 6:25 PM - Band Line up and report to the Starting Gate 6:30 PM - Starting Gate (Do not talk....Must not talk....BE Quiet!) 6:45 PM - Enter the field for Competition Band will enter LEFT and exit RIGHT Pit will enter Left and exit RIGHT 7:00 PM - Our show ends (No talking and No playing!) 7:30 PM - Award Ceremony-Drum Majors Only 8:00 PM - Eat dinner at Local Fast Food Restaurant 9:00 PM - Depart Norton @10:30 PM - Arrive at Steele and unload equipment truck
