Reminder - Steak Fry ticket money is due 9/3. If you need additional tickets, please print off the flyer and return with payment to Mr. Barbaro.
Each student was asked to contribute $3 toward a basket to raffle at the steak fry. If you haven't turned your money in, please do so on Friday 9/3 to your section leader.
September 25, 2010 - Showcase of Bands - Amherst Marty Tansey - Chair
Update: Please take a look at the updated volunteer list. There are many slots still open and we need parents to volunteer to fill them. This event is a huge undertaking and requires alot of volunteers to be successful. As of the booster meeting, we may have up to 13 bands at the event. Please email Lori at teamkulp@oh.rr.com and let me know where you can help. Remember this is a fundrasier for the band. BINGO - Help the Band Raise $2,000 during the months of September & October
Needed Parents and Students to help Tear Down BINGO on Wednesday Nights and First & Third Sunday Night in September and October. Meet at Nord Between 8:45 PM and 9:00 PM. Easy Money for the Band. Also if there is a Parent(s) that can show up On Wednesday about 3:30pm to start before the Band gets there so the Band has some Starter Tables to follow. MAP should be ON Door or Check with Gary (Bingo Manager).
Additional Help is needed to Sell Instant Tickets and work in the Kitchen (Adults Only) see the Sign up book in the Locker room for available times. Band will receive $25 and you will receive a ticket to be used at an Amherst Home Sporting Event of your choice. Bingo is a year round event. If you have any questions please email Jen Lenox.
